- All guest rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Because we are a historic building, A/C & heat are controlled by the desk, not individual rooms (except for suites). If at any time you are uncomfortable with the temperature in your room, speak with an innkeeper for more options. There are fans in every room, and extra blankets in each guest closet for your use.

Wake up to a full buffet breakfast from 8:30am-11am featuring:
- Cereal, fresh fruit, baked in house coffee cakes & muffins, along with a selection of breads and bagels.
- Coffee bar available at 7:30am for our early risers. Freshly brewed, locally roasted coffee, cereals, milk, creamers, and fresh juice. Non-Dairy milks are available by request, please let us know before check-in if you'd like that option during your stay.
- Hot dishes that change daily. We often feature quiches, stratas, french toast bakes and more! We can work with all dietary restrictions, just let us know prior to your check-in, and we will make sure we have something available for you.

- Cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the historic photo albums, comfortable seating, board games & cards, as well as coffee and hot tea all day.
- Innkeepers often have complimentary cookies and fresh pastries available on the coffee bar. Water, flavored sparkling water, and small snacks are available for purchase from the front desk as well!

Our expansive deck offers a front-row seat to watch sailboats and yachts set off for Lake Michigan.
Parking:
Parking is available in front of the inn on both sides of the street. During peak seasons, you may have to park on one of the near-by side streets. While we do not have designated parking, our innkeepers are happy to help carry any luggage in, and we do have a designated 15 minute spot for loading and unloading.
Accessibility:
BaySide Inn is a historic property, and therefore does not have elevators. We have two suites which are ground floor and accessible without stairs. Please note that all other accommodations will require at least 1 and up to 2 flights of stairs to access. Our innkeepers are more than happy to help carry any luggage or assist you in any way possible.
